Job summary

Hullu Poro Oy in Levi is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with a range of inquiries.

You will manage room reservations by phone, email and in person, handle billing, and collaborate with housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Experience in reception or customer service is an advantage; Finnish and English skills are required, with additional languages a plus, and training will be provided.

Qualifications
