Job summary

Golf GameBook in Espoo, Finland is hiring a Marketing Specialist to optimize owned channels—from the website to app store pages, newsletters and in-app messaging—and help golfers discover, download and love the app. You will join a hands-on marketing team reporting to the Head of Marketing, with a hybrid work setup and a preference for the Helsinki metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a mobile app or subscription business.
• Experience with owned marketing channels (websites, newsletters, in-app messaging).
• Experience with App Store and Google Play optimization and events/promotions.
• Familiarity with modern app marketing tools (e.g., Figma, Webflow, OneSignal, Mixpanel, Adjust, RevenueCat).
• Strong analytics skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Fluent Finnish and English, strong communication.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize owned marketing channels (website, App Store, Google Play, newsletters, in-app messaging).
• Maintain and improve the website built on Webflow.
• Support user acquisition via ASO, SEO and AI optimization.
• Support app and tournament manager user acquisition and subscriber growth.
• Contribute to copywriting and marketing campaigns across channels.
• Track and report channel performance and test improvements.
• Collaborate with product, design and internal teams to align messaging.
