ResQ Club is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer, Growth Marketing, to bridge data infrastructure and growth initiatives. You will activate data for marketing systems, analyze two-sided marketplace dynamics, and design experiments to optimize CAC, LTV, and NRR.

The role blends data engineering, analytics, and performance marketing to scale international growth. Applicants should be proficient in SQL and Python, comfortable with BigQuery, dbt, and marketing platforms like Customer.io.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data activation experience building and maintaining data pipelines and reverse ETL.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Commercial mindset with SaaS/marketplace metrics, LTV, CAC, margins, cohort analysis.
• Experience designing statistical tests and CRO/attribution modeling.
• Ability to translate technical work into actionable insights for product/marketing teams.
• Autonomous problem solving across data eng, analytics, BI, and business insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive Data Activation & Journey Optimization by piping data into marketing platforms and monitoring journeys.
• Analyze marketplace dynamics, measure GMV, and build models for CAC, LTV, payback, and margins.
• Design data infrastructure and models for A/B testing and PLG experiments.
• Integrate core databases with marketing systems and refine attribution models.
• Collaborate with product/engineering on pricing elasticity for expiring offers.
