Job summary

ResQ Club is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer, Growth Marketing to bridge data infrastructure and hands-on growth initiatives in Helsinki. You’ll drive data activation, monitor customer journeys, and optimize two-sided marketplace performance across markets.

You’ll work across data engineering, analytics, BI dashboards, and marketing to activate data into marketing systems, build end-to-end monitoring, and model price elasticity for expiring offers. Hybrid work offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data activation experience across data pipelines, APIs, databases, and marketing platforms.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Commercial & growth mindset with SaaS/marketplace metrics expertise (LTV, CAC, margins).
• Experience with experimentation design, CRO, and attribution modeling.
• Ability to translate technical work into actionable insights for product/marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Data Activation & Journey Optimization: Implement data flows into marketing platforms and optimize end-to-end journeys.
• Analyze Marketplace Dynamics & Economics: Assess supply/demand, CAC, LTV, and margins to maximize GMV.
• Build Experimentation & Growth Loops: Design data infra and models for A/B tests and PLG effects.
• Integrate MarTech & Attribution: Connect databases to marketing systems and refine multi-touch attribution.
• Partner on Dynamic Pricing: Model price elasticity and timing for expiring offers.
