Job summary

Supercell is seeking a MarTech Engineer to own and evolve our CRM data platform. You will build reliable data pipelines, ensuring platform reliability, governance, and self-service capabilities across marketing systems.

You will enable real-time event processing and multi-channel messaging, expanding channels to email, push notifications, and future platforms, while aligning with privacy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM data platform and build reliable, scalable data pipelines between our warehouse and CRM platforms.
• Build real-time capabilities to deliver player events into and from the CRM platform for triggered lifecycle messaging.
• Expand messaging channels by enabling email, mobile push, and future platforms on the same foundation.
• Support marketing measurement by ensuring accurate attribution data flows between marketing platforms and our warehouse.
• Build privacy by design with consent, identity management and GDPR considerations from day one.
• Enable self-service by creating tools and workflows to onboard new CRM data sources safely and quickly.
• Build reliable production systems with testing, CI/CD, observability, and resilient design.
