Job summary

Valmet Corporation in Espoo, Finland, seeks a Manager, Group Control to take ownership of Group management-reporting and annual planning. Fixed-term maternity cover through autumn 2027, with start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in group reporting, consolidation, controlling, or FP&A in an international setting.
• Strong understanding of management reporting, planning processes, and IFRS-based group reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group management-reporting process, including calendar, close, validation and quality controls.
• Own and coordinate the annual planning process, planning calendar, and Group-level validation.
• Manage the Group estimate submission process and govern finance master data and cost allocations.
• Collaborate to define reporting requirements for Oracle HFM and planning requirements for Anaplan; support AI-enabled forecasting.
