Job summary

Merus Power is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand our international active harmonic filter business. You may be based in Ylöjärvi or Helsinki, with regular international travel and a consultative, technology-driven approach to customers.

You will grow the partner network, identify opportunities, and manage key accounts using our CRM. The role offers a competitive salary (€5,000–€6,000 monthly) and an annual bonus up to ~20% based on targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international sales.
• Track record in solution-based or consultative sales of technical products.
• Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partner network across markets with regular business reviews.
• Identify opportunities in new markets, customer groups and segments.
• Build relationships with consultants, designers and other stakeholders.
• Manage customer accounts and sales activities using our CRM.
• Represent Merus Power at seminars, trade fairs and customer events.
