Hiab is seeking a Product Specialist, Service Agreements, to bring Hiab’s service offering to market and equip sales teams for success. You’ll maintain offerings in sales tools, support pricing, and deliver training while collaborating across functions to drive profitable growth.

The role emphasizes market insight, performance analysis and continuous improvement, with primary locations in Tampere or Helsinki, Finland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a commercial, technical or product management role.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Customer-centric mindset with eagerness to learn and innovate.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service agreement products, configurations and commercial data in sales tools.
• Work with central pricing to implement model-specific prices in sales tools.
• Analyze sales, penetration, costs and margins and recommend improvements.
• Gather customer, market and competitor feedback to support offering development.
• Coordinate product configuration, sales readiness and launches for updates.
• Improve quotation workflows and product data quality and test system changes.
• Prepare sales materials, deliver training and provide day-to-day expert support.
• Support local sales action plans and investigate product performance issues.
