Job summary

WE Tech Solutions seeks an experienced Sales Manager to grow our global business. You will target shipowners, yards, designers and partners to deliver technically and commercially competitive solutions for shaft generator and electrification offerings.

Role covers hybrid and full-electric propulsion, energy storage integration, DC distribution and shore power. Travel internationally will be required to meet customers and partners.

Qualifications

• M.Sc or B.Sc in Electrical, Automation, Marine or equivalent Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, marine electrical systems or system integration.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate requirements into solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong negotiation and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell WE Tech’s complete solution portfolio across Merchant Marine and Electrification business.
• Identify customer needs and develop technically and commercially competitive system solutions.
• Understand vessel electrical architecture and interfaces.
• Prepare and negotiate Technical Agreements with customers.
• Negotiate and sign Sales Agreements within given authorization.
• Represent WE Tech at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and sales documentation.
• Coordinate solution definition with Engineering, Product Management and partners.
