Qualifications

• Several years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• Strong expertise in Hay job evaluation methodology.
• Experience in salary analysis, market benchmarking and incentive design.
• Experience leading large-scale compensation and reward projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize digital and AI-powered tools to improve processes and generate insights.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, combined with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing Alma’s global job architecture, salary structures, and salary bands.
• Developing and continuously improving global compensation, performance management, and incentive programs.
• Coordinating and driving annual compensation review processes and ensuring fair, competitive, and business-aligned pay practices across Alma.
• Conducting salary analyses, market benchmarking, and producing needed salary reporting.
• Managing and developing Alma’s employee benefits portfolio.
• Providing guidance, training, and consultation on compensation-related topics to managers and employees.
• Following trends, best practices and legislation affecting pay and benefits.
