Job summary

Kainos in Finland is seeking a Workday Lead Compensation Consultant to lead implementing and configuring Workday compensation solutions for our global customer base. You will shape delivery strategies and mentor a team of consultants.

You will build strong client relationships, translate business needs into workable solutions, and deliver high-impact Workday projects with commercial viability. Travel to customer sites in the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and configuring Workday Compensation.
• Excellent customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and guide teams through complex Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Workday Compensation projects for global clients.
• Mentor and guide a team of Workday consultants, providing thought leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure commercial viability.
• Translate client requirements into practical Workday configurations and deliverables.
