Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or quantitative field or similar advanced degree.
• Entry-level work experience from analytical, data-heavy roles.
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of statistics for practical business questions.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills; interest in using AI in analytics.
• Good English skills with clear communication and collaboration.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, with conceptual thinking and professional development motivation.

Responsibilities

• Support C&B with data-driven analysis, reporting and market insights on compensation topics.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation surveys, and monitor market practices.
• Analyze compensation data and turn findings into actionable recommendations for C&B and stakeholders.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss findings and provide analytical input.
• Help develop C&B analytics; explore AI-enabled value additions; contribute to broader C&B projects.
