Job summary

Sampo plc in Helsinki is seeking an Analyst to support its Compensation & Benefits team with data-driven analysis, reporting, and market insights across fixed pay, equal pay, and executive compensation. You will benchmark salaries, run surveys and monitor market practices to guide resource allocation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and help develop C&B analytics using AI-enabled methods.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or another quantitative field.
• Entry-level work experience in analytical, data-heavy roles.
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of statistics.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; interest in utilizing AI in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support C&B with data-driven analysis, reporting and market insights on compensation topics.
• Perform salary benchmarking, compensation surveys and monitor market practices.
• Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to C&B, management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to developing C&B analytics and participate in broader development projects.
