Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an HR Business Partner, Payroll & Reporting to join our HR team at the Pikkala plant. This role blends payroll, analytics, and compliance with strategic business partnership in a dynamic international environment.

You will own payroll processes, lead HR reporting, support expatriate mobility, and influence workforce planning with stakeholders across Finance and HR. Hybrid work, ongoing development, and a diverse, inclusive culture are part of our offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll administration and payroll process ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish labor legislation and collective agreements.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and HR systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong capability to analyze and interpret data.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate payroll processes for monthly salaried employees, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related matters, working closely with employees, managers, and external payroll providers.
• Drive continuous improvement of payroll processes, controls, and data quality.
• Lead HR reporting and workforce analytics, delivering meaningful insights to support business decisions.
• Analyze payroll and workforce data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics for HR and business leaders.
• Support expatriate and international mobility matters, ensuring compliance with local legislation, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Contribute to delivering an outstanding employee experience through high-quality HR support and guidance.
