Job summary

ReOrbit is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design and administer compensation, equity, and benefits programs across multis-country markets. You will shape career levels, maintain bands, and drive annual compensation reviews with cross-functional partners.

You will also oversee equity grants, vesting, and refresh cycles, while collaborating with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to ensure competitive offers and compliant practices in the EU and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, or a related specialist HR function.
• Demonstrated experience designing job architecture and compensation bands, ideally across multiple countries.
• Hands-on experience with equity administration, grants, vesting, and refresh cycles.
• Familiarity with market benchmarking tools and methodologies (e.g., tech and/or aerospace compensation surveys).
• Working knowledge of pay equity and transparency regulations relevant to the EU.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain career levels and compensation bands across Finland, Germany, and India.
• Maintain market data across tech and aerospace compensation surveys and refresh bands annually.
• Own the annual compensation review process end-to-end, including budget support and calibration.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to benchmark offers against bands and provide guidance.
• Manage the full equity lifecycle, including grant calculations, vesting tracking, and refresh cycles.
• Design market-appropriate benefits packages by country in collaboration with HR Operations.
• Conduct pay equity reviews across gender and other dimensions to address gaps.
• Ensure compensation practices meet regulatory requirements such as EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Act as primary contact for compensation questions across HR leads and leadership.
• Provide compensation and equity reporting to leadership and board-level equity planning.
