Teknos seeks an experienced Commercial Excellence and Pricing Manager to own global Commercial Excellence and Pricing & Margin. You will implement frameworks to drive growth, ensure data-driven pricing decisions, and align with Teknos’ growth strategy across regions and segments.

As the global owner, you will establish common practices, run the Commercial Excellence workstream, and build the foundations for Pricing and Margin Excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in pricing or margin management in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Experience in commercial excellence or sales effectiveness.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional and international projects.

Aufgaben

• Roll out global Key Account Management and create playbooks for sales teams across regions.
• Harmonize distributor and technical service models across regions.
• Identify growth initiatives with clear business cases and measurable results.
• Shape Teknos pricing and margin strategy with segments, regions and Finance.
• Develop price lists, discount and rebate structures.
• Create margin transparency via KPIs and reporting.
• Support pricing for key accounts, including quotes and annual price increases.
• Collaborate with IT, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce teams to ensure correct pricing per channel.
