Job summary

Teknos is seeking a Global Commercial Excellence and Pricing Manager for a 12-month assignment. You will own Commercial Excellence and Pricing & Margin globally, develop frameworks, align regions, and drive data-driven decisions that protect margins while supporting growth.

The role is hybrid across Teknos’ European offices, with regular days on site and the chance to influence pricing processes, KPIs, and governance across IT, ERP, and sales.

Qualifications

• Several years of solid experience in pricing or margin management in a B2B environment.
• A track record in commercial excellence or sales effectiveness and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and MS Office/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Commercial Excellence and Pricing initiatives across regions and segments.
• Develop and implement global frameworks for pricing, margin and playbooks.
• Drive growth initiatives with clear business cases and measurable results.
• Shape pricing policies, discount structures and annual price increases.
• Create margin transparency through KPIs, reports and insights.
• Collaborate with IT, ERP, CRM and e-commerce teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Support governance, reporting and strategic development projects.
