Job summary

KONE is seeking a Business Partner, People & Communications to strengthen our Global People & Communications Business Partner team. You will partner with leaders across functions, drive key people initiatives in a complex matrix, and shape communication and capability development for a global workforce.

The preferred location is Finland Espoo/ Hyvinkää or Italy Pero, with occasional travel to connect local and global teams.

Qualifications

Relevant degree (BSc/MSc) in HR, Business, or equivalent.
Experience as a P&C Business Partner / Generalist / CoE.
Strong project and change management skills with a developmental mindset.
Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience in matrix organizations.
Fluency in English.
Experience in talent mobility / cross-border relocations / seaside employment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, coaching and developing teams.
Lead and support global development projects and change initiatives, including org.design and workforce planning.
Run core people processes for selected units (performance, talent, rewards).
Drive data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration in the matrix.
Travel occasionally with the leadership team to connect local and global teams.
