Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in purchasing, category management, or a relevant business role, including 3–5 years within Professional Services and Temporary Labor.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with strong project and change management skills.
• Experience in tendering and managing major outsourcing service contracts.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with global category managers, stakeholders, and management teams to build category strategies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement category strategies across functions and business lines.
• Develop and execute supplier relationship management strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and ensure quality and sustainability.
• Act as the purchasing subject matter expert for assigned categories.
• Execute global transformation programs based on category strategies and business plans.
• Drive change management and innovation with strategic suppliers and the business.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to meet savings targets.
• Run RfX processes and lead negotiations and contract management for selected suppliers.
