Job summary

KONE P&C Operations Development is seeking a Senior Manager, People Analytics Solutions to lead and develop the People analytics domain. The preferred locations are Espoo, Finland; Chennai, India; or Bratislava, Slovakia.

You will collaborate with HR counterparts and analytics communities to define strategy and drive scalable analytics capabilities across the organization. Ideal candidates will have advanced degrees in related fields, strong experience with Workday and Power BI, and a solid

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Economics, Business or related field.
• Experience with HR cloud-based analytics tech, preferably Workday.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of machine-learning, AI and automation techniques.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technical areas.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, mission and strategy for analytics solutions in HR.
• Design and own scalable operating model for People Analytics within the HR domain.
• Act as business owner for People Analytics technology roadmap towards IT.
• Represent HR Analytics in governance forums.
• Train HR & Communications Community and business users to use People Analytics solutions.
• Collaborate across functions and countries to standardize data practices and improve analytics impact.
