KONE is seeking a Business Partner, People & Communications to strengthen our Global People & Communications Business Partner team. You will partner with leaders across functions, drive key people initiatives in a complex matrix, and shape communication and capability development for a global workforce.
The preferred location is Finland Espoo/ Hyvinkää or Italy Pero, with occasional travel to connect local and global teams.

We are looking for a Business Partner, People & Communications (P&C) to strengthen our Global People & Communications Business Partner team. Our team supports the eight global / matrix functions at KONE (Commercial & Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Strategy & Transformation, People & Communication, Technology & Innovation). You will partner with selected leaders and leadership teams, employees and local People & Communications colleagues across multiple countries, driving key people initiatives in a complex, fast-evolving matrix environment.
