Job summary

KONE is seeking a Business Partner, People & Communications to strengthen our Global People & Communications Business Partner team. You will partner with leaders across functions, drive key people initiatives in a complex matrix, and shape communication and capability development for a global workforce.

The preferred location is Finland Espoo/ Hyvinkää or Italy Pero, with occasional travel to connect local and global teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree (BSc/MSc) in HR, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience as a P&C Business Partner / Generalist / CoE.
• Strong project and change management skills with a developmental mindset.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in matrix organizations.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in talent mobility / cross-border relocations / seaside employment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, coaching and developing teams.
• Lead and support global development projects and change initiatives, including org.design and workforce planning.
• Run core people processes for selected units (performance, talent, rewards).
• Drive data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration in the matrix.
• Travel occasionally with the leadership team to connect local and global teams.

Our team supports the eight global / matrix functions at KONE (Commercial & Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Strategy & Transformation, People & Communication, Technology & Innovation). You will partner with selected leaders and leadership teams, employees and local People & Communications colleagues across multiple countries, driving key people initiatives in a complex, fast-evolving matrix environment.

The preferred location for the position is Finland Espoo/ Hyvinkää or Italy Pero.

What You'll Do
