Job summary

KONE is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Engineering Workflows, based in Espoo, Finland. You will own product design within the KONE IT organization, collaborating with Customer Solutions Engineering, Supply Chain, and a global user network to deliver value and transparency across engineering workflows.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and monitor KPIs to ensure business outcomes and continuous improvement in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT development experience including processes, tools, data models and integrations.
• Experience in IT governance and financial management.
• Track record using Agile and DevOps to maximize value flow.
• Excellent collaboration and English communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps and prioritize backlogs for Engineering Workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business lines to align demand.
• Own solution design for Engineering Workflow products and manage interdependencies.
• Set up KPIs and monitor product performance; drive continuous improvement.
