Job summary

atNorth is seeking a Leadership & Learning Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our Leadership, Learning & Development function. You’ll ensure cohorts start on time, LMS and SharePoint hubs stay current, and our training records are audit-ready.

You’ll work cross‑functionally across countries, design sharp training visuals, newsletters, and onboarding for new leaders, while building better workflows and automations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Learning & Development coordination or HR operations.
• Qualification in business administration or HR, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multi-country organisations is a plus.
• Familiar with LMS, SharePoint, and building engaging visuals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule leadership cohorts across countries and time zones.
• Handle vendor logistics for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Own LMS: user accounts, enrollments, and keeping content up to date.
• Keep self-service SharePoint hubs fresh and easy to navigate.
• Administer 360 feedback surveys (HiBob).
• Support onboarding and map training requirements by role/country/site.
• Run newsletters and leadership communications.
• Ensure training records are audit-ready and report on status and risks.
