Job summary

Skeleton Technologies in Lappeenranta is seeking a People Operations & Office Specialist to join our team. You will handle payroll, HR documentation, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations, while supporting managers on day-to-day employment matters.

This role covers local HR processes and office operations, ensuring compliance with Finnish law, and enabling a flexible, collaborative work environment with some hybrid options in Lappeenranta.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience in Finland with payroll knowledge.
• Experience in employment contracts, HR documentation, recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish employment legislation and compliance.
• Ability to advise managers on day-to-day people matters.
• Fluent Finnish and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and amendments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees.
• Support managers on people-related topics and employment matters.
