Job summary

Rovio Entertainment is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our global People team on a fixed-term basis through the end of August 2027. You will influence employee experience, payroll processes and HR policies across five countries, including Finland and Canada, helping 500+ Rovians.

In this hybrid role you’ll maintain lifecycle records, support managers with queries, and collaborate on HRIS and vendor changes. A proactive, confidential approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid HR administrative experience, including payroll coordination.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Finnish labour legislation.
• Professional English and Finnish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors.
• Maintain end-to-end employee lifecycle records in the HRIS.
• Collaborate on HR projects, policies, and HRIS development with People, IT, Legal and Finance teams.
• Act as payroll contact and prepare data for external providers in Finland and Canada.
• Participate in the Finnish payroll vendor change project.
• Learn HR policies across multiple countries while working in a global, flat organization.
