Job summary

Rovio is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join a global HR operations team. This fixed-term role supports 500+ Rovians across five countries, focusing on policies, processes and employee lifecycle management.

The position is hybrid with two to three days in the office weekly, covering a family leave until August 2027. Experience with Hibob and Finnish payroll is required, along with fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end HR administration and payroll support.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish labour law.
• Professional English and Finnish language skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and external payroll vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-demand HR and payroll support.
• Maintain end-to-end employee lifecycle records and documents.
• Collaborate on HR policies, procedures and HRIS improvements.
• Act as payroll contact for Finland and Canada.
• Support multiple country HR programs within a global team.
