Job summary

Amcor seeks an HR Business Partner for its Supply Chain function to shape and elevate the people agenda across multiple countries and 64+ plants. You will partner with Supply Chain Directors, VP Supply Chain, and Plant General Managers to harmonize practices and build capability.

You will lead talent management, performance, and development programs while driving engagement and change. This role reports to the HR Director EMEA and operates within a global HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.
• Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and data-driven mindset; change management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with Supply Chain leadership to align people strategies.
• Lead talent management, performance, succession, and development across the network.
• Drive engagement, transform HR practices, and foster a high-performing culture.
• Oversee HR operations and projects: recruitment, onboarding, policies, systems.
