Job summary

Harvia, the global leader in sauna and spa solutions, seeks an Export Project Sales Engineer to drive international projects from quotation to delivery. You will work with APAC and MEA markets, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will master Harvia’s sauna and steam products, support pricing and contracts, and help deliver high-quality outcomes for customers worldwide from our Muurame HQ.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree provides technical foundation for managing complex projects.
• Track record in project sales or related roles.
• Versatile project management skills.
• Technical understanding and interest in technologies generally.
• Ability to close deals with customers.
• Motivated to work in a changing environment.
• Good communication and cooperation skills; capable of building partnerships.
• Resilient, persistent, and structured in approach.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from quotation to delivery, coordinating schedules and stakeholders.
• Manage costing, pricing support, margin analysis, invoicing follow-up, and overall profitability.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, tender documents, and contracts.
