Job summary

Sievo is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Helsinki to guide customers through their procurement analytics journey, turning insights into business outcomes. You’ll be the trusted adviser for clients across Procurement, Finance and IT, ensuring optimal user adoption and value realization.

You’ll work in a hybrid Helsinki setup, coordinating with Sievonians and supporting onboarding, trainings, and ongoing success across an international client base including Fortune 500 customers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or working closely with customers and building lasting relationships.
• Organized with strong ownership to manage a wide range of tasks.
• Fluent English with excellent presentation skills.
• Able to communicate complex ideas clearly to global teams and clients.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated point of contact, drive well-organized customer encounters, and monitor adoption.
• Own the customer journey, coordinate activities and drive changes as a project manager.
• Advise clients’ Procurement, Finance and IT functions to maximize use of Sievo’s software.
• Support onboarding and deliver user trainings to extract value from insights.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to drive satisfaction, growth and retention.
