Mehiläinen, Finland's largest private healthcare and social services provider, seeks a senior data & analytics professional to transform procurement reporting. You will design live spend dashboards, define savings tracking, and drive ESG and supplier risk insights across countries.
You will influence the group technology roadmap, partner with FP&A and senior leaders, and push for automation where it adds measurable value. English proficiency required.
Mehiläinen is Finland's largest private healthcare and social services group, operating across seven European countries. Group Procurement is in the middle of a deliberate shift, away from periodic reports that sit in an inbox until someone opens them and self-service dashboards, toward a live intelligence layer that flags what matters before anyone has to ask. We are looking for someone to help design that shift, not maintain what already exists.
This role reports to the Head of Procurement Excellence, with visibility that reaches the CPO and CFO from day one. You will work at group level across every category and country we operate in, which means real influence without the overhead of managing a team. If you have been looking for a role where impact is not measured by headcount, this one is built for that.
This probably is not the right fit if you are looking for a brief and a template to fill in. It is the right fit if you would rather decide what gets measured and why, and you are comfortable being the person who makes that call and challenges the status quo.
You will join Group Procurement at the point where its data and reporting foundation is still being built, with a real mandate to shape it. Meaningful visibility with senior leadership from day one, a flexible and hybrid way of working, and a competitive package. Mehiläinen is Finland's largest private healthcare and social services provider, with a mission and a growth trajectory people want to be part of.
