Job summary

Hiab is the pioneer in smart and sustainable on road load handling solutions. As the CPQ Business Solution Owner, you are responsible for owning and continuously developing our global Lead-to-Order process, leveraging Salesforce CPQ and related systems to support the end‑to‑end journey.

The role requires close collaboration with the business, IM organization and external technology partners, and will focus on ensuring solutions meet evolving business needs and drive ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end quote-to-order processes in global B2B manufacturing (deep domain knowledge essential).
• Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) in system/process rollouts.
• Hands-on experience in agile execution, writing user stories, backlog grooming, and backlog management tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories and manage impact of strategic changes on the solution.
• Identify process improvements and map dependencies with other systems to define requirements before development.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product management, and process functions to funnel and prioritize localized requirements.
• Drive user adoption through training, onboarding and ongoing support.
• Establish and track metrics and usage analytics to ensure adoption and optimization.
• Be the end-to-end global owner of lead-to-order and CPQ solution, managing roadmap, backlog prioritisation, testing, release and adoption.
