Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced S&OP leader to drive demand and supply planning coordination. You will connect Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Global Capacity to improve global fulfillment. The role emphasizes process design, stakeholder management, and improving KPIs such as On-Time Delivery and inventory turns.

You will lead the S&OP drumbeat, align IS tools deployment, and coach teams to adopt best practices. A strong implementation focus and change management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Admin).
• 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, production planning, scheduling or S&OP in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP MM/PP and modern planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate unit-specific and cross-unit projects to improve on-time delivery, inventory turns and planning accuracy.
• Design and implement S&OP processes from an operations perspective focusing on supply planning and reconciliation.
• Manage stakeholders and define roles within the S&OP process.
