Job summary

ConfidentialMind is seeking a Customer Engineer to work directly with customers to turn a deployed platform into real, adopted use cases. You’ll sit alongside customer teams to identify where the platform should be applied, help them build it, and ensure what gets built is used.

You will own adoption outcomes for your accounts, collaborating with product and sales to shape use cases and ensure the platform evolves with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications (RAG pipelines, agents, prompts).
• Understanding of trade-offs in model choice: size, latency, context length, cost, and quality.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drive GenAI use cases with customers from idea to production.
• Prototype GenAI solutions using customer data and measure results.
• Own adoption of ConfidentialMind platform within accounts and ensure value is realized.
• Capture customer feedback and relay it to product development to action insights.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and collaborate with the sales team to expand usage.
