Job summary

Milexia Nordics is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in Finland to blend deep Frequency & Timing know-how with customer relationships and business development. You will take ownership of Finland's Frequency & Timing activities, working with customers across industries and universities to grow the business.

Based in Finland, you will collaborate with Nordic and international colleagues, support RF & Microwave activities where relevant, and travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience or solid knowledge of Frequency & Timing technologies.
• Background in technical B2B sales or FAE roles.
• Ability to discuss complex technical requirements with engineers.
• Proactive, independent and business-oriented mindset.
• Strong Finnish and English communication.
• Degree in electronics, EE, telecommunications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Translate customer challenges into suitable Frequency & Timing solutions.
• Manage technically demanding, project-based sales from discussion to closing.
• Build relationships with engineers, purchasers and decision-makers.
• Identify emerging technologies and market developments.
• Collaborate with Nordic and international colleagues and suppliers.
