Job summary

Call Company AI seeks a founding CPTO to own product and technology with the founding team in Helsinki. The role combines leadership and hands-on engineering to shape vision, roadmap, architecture, and the growing engineering organization.

You will drive the agent platform, real-time systems, AI runtimes, and tooling, ensuring performance, security and economic viability. This is a rare early-stage opportunity to build a category-defining platform.

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning and delivering software/AI products at scale.
• Proven ability to recruit, build, and lead engineering teams.
• Strong product sense and executive accountability for roadmaps and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and technical strategy with the founding team.
• Own architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, data, infra and AI runtime.
• Lead the agent platform: knowledge, tools, contexts, workflows, deployments and monitoring.
• Hire, mentor, and develop the product and engineering organization.
• Ensure delivery, privacy, security, model performance and cost efficiency.
• Build an AI-native engineering system with multi-agent workflows and governance.
