Job summary

OP Pohjola is seeking a Product Owner to lead an Engineering AI team and shape the developer-facing AI platform across the Engineering Capabilities Tribe. The role focuses on driving the roadmap for AI tooling, SDLC workflows, and MCP/server knowledge infrastructure to empower 2,000+ developers and 300+ engineering teams.

You will collaborate with D&T leadership, Enterprise Architecture, DevEx, and the broader OP community to scale AI adoption and ensure secure, scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager leading software and AI engineering teams in agile environments.
• Understanding of modern SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, repository architecture, and developer tooling.
• Familiarity with AI paradigms, agentic workflows, and MCP/knowledge infrastructure.
• Strong communication and influence skills to articulate technical visions to engineers and leadership.
• Ability to guide platform scalability, maintainability, and enterprise compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define the Product Vision & Roadmap for the Engineering AI Platform and developer capabilities.
• Drive AI-Native SDLC transformation enabling guard-railed autonomous workflows and contextual repository enablement.
• Bridge technical needs with software architects, security/compliance stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant solutions.
• Engage with business and engineering communities to uncover bottlenecks and validate platform enhancements.
