Job summary

ALM Partners Oy seeks a visionary CTO/CIO to co-own the technology direction and align it with long-term business success. You will act as a strategic sparring partner to leadership, translating AI, cloud, and IT developments into actionable strategy, while ensuring secure adoption in a regulated financial sector.

Location flexibility includes Finland or Sweden with frequent travel to Helsinki. Hybrid work, continuous learning, and extensive insurance coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic technology leadership at C-level.
• Proven ability to translate tech developments into business direction.
• Experience with AI strategy and responsible AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead ALM Partners' AI strategy and responsible adoption of AI technologies.
• Provide CIO-level internal ICT enablement and AI strategy guidance.
• Shape external technology positioning and strategic partnerships.
