Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C marketing with CRM ownership.
• Hands-on experience building automations and campaigns.
• Proven CRM-driven growth in subscribers or revenue.
• Experience coordinating agencies and content production.
• Strong Finnish copywriting skills and English fluency.
• Experience with social community management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Understanding of subscription business models.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise CRM automations and campaigns across email, mobile and onsite messaging.
• Own the single-ticket-to-subscriber journey, onboarding and renewal.
• Coordinate content production from agencies to channel-ready assets.
• Source and manage creators and influencers; track performance.
• Manage social content calendar and community engagement.
