Job summary

Trust In SODA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Finland to own the Finnish product end-to-end from concept to launch and growth in a new market.

You will lead discovery, define strategy focusing on acquisition, retention and subscription growth, and collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Legal, Marketing and Payments to deliver scalable product experiences.

This hybrid role offers autonomy, a cross-border team, and the opportunity to build a new digital business from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Senior Product Management, ideally owning a digital consumer or D2C product end-to-end.
• Proven experience launching or scaling a digital product in a new market or geography.
• Hands-on experience in a regulated digital environment such as payments, fintech, gambling/iGaming or a similar industry.
• Strong payments experience and a good understanding of digital payment journeys and related requirements.
• Strong commercial understanding, including conversion, retention, ARPU, active users/subscribers, CAC and LTV.
• Strong discovery skills and a data-driven approach to product development.
• Experience owning roadmaps, prioritisation and backlogs in an agile environment.
• Comfortable working closely with Engineering and Tech Leads, including experience with APIs and shared platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finnish product end‑to‑end — from the landing page and customer journey through to individual product features.
• Lead the product from discovery and initial concept through launch, optimisation and further growth.
• Develop a product strategy focused not only on acquisition and conversion, but also on retention and subscription growth.
• Define and establish the right product KPIs together with the Country Manager and wider team.
• Understand customer needs through user research, data analysis, market insights and competitor analysis.
• Own the roadmap, prioritisation and backlog and make clear trade‑offs between speed, scalability and customer value.
• Work closely with Engineering and UX/UI to turn ideas into simple, compelling and scalable product experiences.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance, Commercial, Marketing/CRM, Payments and other stakeholders to ensure the product can launch successfully within a regulated environment.
• Identify blockers early and take ownership of getting them resolved.
• Help bring the product onto a shared technology platform and work with APIs and wider group infrastructure.
• Shape the full e‑commerce and payments experience, including purchasing, accounts and subscription journeys.
