Job summary

FiveNines Group is seeking a Regional Compliance & People Coordinator for a Data Centre project in Finland. This varied role provides operational, HR and compliance support to the project and central services team, ensuring onboarding and local compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires an organized, proactive candidate who can be based locally or travel, with strong understanding of Finnish HR practices and local working norms.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the mobilisation of employees and subcontractors travelling to Finland, ensuring onboarding.
• Support visa, work permit, residency and right-to-work processes where applicable.
• Coordinate accommodation, transport and local orientation.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish site access requirements, employment legislation and statutory obligations.
• Support on-site HR administration for new starters.
• Assist employees with relocation and settling into the local area.
• Arrange and monitor project inductions and onboarding activities.
