atNorth is seeking a Site Selection Specialist in Finland to identify and develop future data center locations. You will work at the intersection of project development, land use, permitting, infrastructure and stakeholder management, turning opportunities into concrete projects.

This permanent role involves collaboration with Design, Development, and Technical Due Diligence teams, travel across Finland, and opportunities for growth while contributing to sustainable digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in site selection or development.
• Exposure to infrastructure or large-scale projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination.
• Fluent Finnish and English.
• Willingness to travel Finland.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess future data center sites.
• Coordinate due diligence and feasibility studies.
• Engage municipalities, utilities and authorities.
• Support project delivery across teams.
