Job summary

ONNEC Finland is seeking a Health & Safety Supervisor to join our Nordic team. You will support project and site teams, conducting inspections and guiding safety practices across Finland, while ensuring compliance with Finnish law and ONNEC standards.

The role involves regular travel to customer sites, a focus on preventing incidents, and contributing to the development of local HSE procedures and training programs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Health & Safety, HSE or similar role.
• Experience in construction, data centres, engineering or telecom environments.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Finland.

Responsibilities

• Support project and site teams with day-to-day health and safety matters.
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits.
• Help ensure compliance with Finnish health and safety legislation and ONNEC requirements.
• Promote safe working practices across sites and teams.
• Coordinate and support health and safety training.
• Maintain health and safety documentation and reporting.
