Job summary

Wolt Market Finland is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to own core supply chain responsibilities, optimize inventory health, and drive replenishment with a data-driven approach. You will work closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst, Category and Store Operations teams to balance availability, shrinkage and profitability.

You will lead forecasting improvements, monitor KPIs, and manage supplier relationships while solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Supply Chain, inventory management, replenishment or related field.
• Ability to solve complex problems using data, analysis and commercial judgement.
• Experience with demand forecasting and translating forecasts into actions.
• Collaborates with commercial/Categoty teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive core Supply Chain responsibilities for Finland with the local team.
• Improve inventory availability, stock levels and inventory health while balancing profitability.
• Analyse demand, inventory, shrinkage and supplier performance; translate insights into actions.
• Own demand forecasting and replenishment processes, including promotions and events.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Category, Store Operations and Suppliers on decisions and delivery.
• Lead complex projects from analysis to implementation and measure results.
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise across the team.
