Job summary

Wolt Market Finland is seeking a Market Supply Chain Manager to own and continuously improve the end-to-end supply chain. You will manage inventory health, demand forecasting, supplier performance, and operational supplier management, using data and commercial judgment to balance availability and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain roles within fast-moving environments.
• Ability to solve complex problems using data and structured analysis.
• Experience with demand forecasting and translating forecasts into inventory decisions.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive core Supply Chain responsibilities for Wolt Market Finland.
• Improve inventory availability, balance availability and profitability.
• Analyse demand, inventory, and supplier performance to inform actions.
• Own forecasting and replenishment processes, including promotions and seasonality.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and drive improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Category to evaluate supplier and promotional decisions.
