Job summary

Hagmans Nordic in Finland seeks a driven Site Manager to establish, lead, and develop its Finnish operations (production and central warehouse) as part of a growth agenda, including a planned new combined manufacturing and logistics site in the Turku area.

You will build a scalable organization, drive safety culture, optimize capacity and delivery performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective interfaces with Supply Chain and the broader group, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Economics or equivalent, or relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

Establish, lead, and develop Hagmans Nordic’s Finnish operations (production and central warehouse).
Build a scalable organization with clear processes and unified ways of working.
Ensure a safe working environment and strong safety culture in compliance with laws and internal requirements.
Lead production and warehouse to meet capacity, delivery, quality, and cost targets.
Contribute to the Turku site project and cross-functional collaboration across the group.
