• Experience with operational systems and reporting tools; advanced Excel; Power BI preferred.

We are looking for an analytical and business‑driven Operations Support Manager to join our Land Operations Finland team within Sourcing & Logistics.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our logistics operations through data‑driven insights, reporting, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Logistics Service Providers to ensure efficient and reliable logistics processes that support business needs and customer expectations. This role is based in Finland and reports to Director Land Logistics Operations Finland.
