Job summary

Hitachi Energy Finland Oy is seeking a Sales Manager to drive Grid Automation solutions across Finland, from Vaasa to Helsinki. The role adapts to your background, ranging from tendering and sales support for early-career candidates to broader customer engagement for experienced professionals.

As part of the team you will promote Grid Automation Systems, identify new opportunities, and work with Front-End Sales to deliver proposals while growing the business through strategic customer

Qualifications

Degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Strong interest in sales with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to build networks and develop long-term relationships.
Knowledge of Grid Automation areas such as Protection & Control, Substation Automation, SCADA, and related systems.
Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Drive Grid Automation portfolio sales and marketing activities for selected customers in Finland.
Promote and sell the Grid Automation Systems portfolio.
Identify and develop new customer and partner opportunities.
Support tendering activities, including preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Collaborate with local units and Front-End Sales to grow the business.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
Represent Hitachi Energy at fairs, seminars and customer events.
Monitor sales performance and KPIs for the assigned area.
