Job summary

Husqvarna Group in Finland seeks a financial business partner reporting to the Managing Director. You will combine business analysis with hands-on financial responsibilities to turn information into decisions and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.

You will work with sales, after sales, product management, marketing and finance colleagues in Sweden and the Nordic-Baltic region. Based in Vantaa, you will lead monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, AR monitoring, and audits,

Qualifications

University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting.
At least 3 years in business controlling or similar financial role.
Experience with accounts receivable and financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven recommendations.
Fluent in Finnish and English; knowledge of Estonian or Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reporting and closing.
Lead budgeting and forecasting and develop financial reports.
Monitor accounts receivable and support Finnish-language discussions with shared services.
Coordinate annual audits and assist external auditors.
Collaborate with the Finance Shared Service Center and payroll provider.
