Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Finance Controller for the Nordics (Finland, Sweden, Norway) to lead financial management, reporting, and controls across the region. You will build financial infrastructure for new entities, ensure robust controls, and partner with global teams to drive growth.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong accounting qualifications, and fluency in English, with Nordic language skills as a plus. You will report to the EMEA Group Controller and influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/ACA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with US GAAP reporting and SOX compliance in a multinational.
• Nordic GAAP knowledge (Sweden/Finland/Norway) is highly valued.
• Fluency in English; Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual Nordic close processes.
• Ensure accurate reporting under US GAAP and IFRS where applicable.
• Maintain internal controls and oversee local tax compliance.
• Partner with ERP implementation teams and finance leaders across regions.
• Provide financial insights to Nordic business leaders and support decision making.
