Job summary

Husqvarna Group in Finland seeks a financial business partner to the Managing Director. You will combine business analysis with hands-on financial responsibilities to turn data into decisions and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.

Based in Vantaa, the role covers monthly reporting, budgeting, auditing coordination, accounts receivable, and partner interactions with Sweden-based Shared Services.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in business controlling or other financial roles.
• Experience in accounts receivable and knowledge of performance measurement techniques.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations and presentations.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Power BI.
• Fluent in Finnish and English (Estonian or Swedish advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting and closing in co-operation with accounting in Sweden and present quarterly reports to regional management.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, analyse financial risks and business performance, and develop financial reports and business plans.
• Monitor accounts receivable and credit applications, supporting Finnish-language discussions on complex customer matters with shared services.
• Calculate and follow up dealer and sales bonuses, including accruals and adjustments.
• Coordinate annual audits, support external auditors and ensure compliance with Group policies and Finnish requirements.
• Act as the local contact for Finance Shared Service Center in Sweden and the external payroll provider, supporting payroll and bonus-related questions.
